Founded in 1966 as a small residential contractor, Keith (Sandy) and Barbara Streib started a small excavating business with one backhoe and one single axle dump truck.

Eight years later they moved their business from the home location to the present Talbotville location where Keith (Sandy) built the current shop that still stands today, fourty seven years later.

After Keith’s (Sandy's) unfortunate passing in 1978 his son Pete took over the company. With hard work and determination Streib Trucking has now grown to having over five machines and five trucks.

Today Streib Trucking is owned and operated by Pete and his wife Bernice along with their son Brad. Streib Trucking has worked with owners and construction managers on projects as diverse as parking ramps and lots to contaiminated clean ups.

We are licensed with the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) licensing program to remove contaminated soils, fuels tanks and more.
